Scientist, Chemistry

Maravai LifeSciences is seeking a Scientist, Chemistry to join its R&D team. The role will involve research and development activities, interacting with production and analytical teams, and contributing to the generation of new hypotheses and ideas related to the company's expertise in nucleic acid chemistry. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field, 2-5 years of research experience, and expertise in oligonucleotide production, purification, and characterization.

Requirements

• Master's Degree/PhD in a relevant field
• 2-5 years of research experience in oligonucleotide synthesis, purification, and characterization
• In-depth knowledge of oligonucleotide production processes
• Expertise in analytical method of purification and characterization of nucleic acids and their components
• Solid background in biochemistry and biology of nucleic acids and their components
• Demonstrated technical proficiency and ability to effectively collaborate with others
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
