General Project / Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager, GTM (FedRAMP) is a strategic and operational leader responsible for the end-to-end execution of a company's most complex and high-priority go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 8+ years of project or program management experience in marketing or go-to-market functions
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the FedRAMP authorization process
• Proven success managing large, complex, multi-stakeholder programs
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience mentoring and guiding junior PMs or team members
• Deep knowledge of marketing strategy, GTM planning, and pipeline generation
• Advanced problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills
