Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Director of Payroll to lead end-to-end payroll operations for 1,500+ employees across multiple states. The role involves compliance, internal controls, and accuracy and timeliness of every cycle. The Director will also oversee benefits, leaves, retirement administration, and workers' compensation, and lead payroll and benefits audits, year-end processes, and compliance testing.
Requirements
- 8β12+ years of progressive payroll leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- CPP/SHRM certification a strong plus
- Advanced, hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now or comparable enterprise payroll platforms and benefits administration systems
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
