Job Description
Director of Payroll seeks to own complex, multi-state payroll operation with real visibility and direct line to Chief People Officer. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end payroll operations, leading and developing payroll team, and building dashboards and reporting for leadership on payroll accuracy and cycle metrics.
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of progressive payroll leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- CPP/SHRM certification a strong plus
- Advanced, hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now or comparable enterprise payroll platforms and benefits administration systems
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
