Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician I at Trinity Property Consultants, you will support property upkeep, complete routine repairs, and build essential trade skills that prepare you for advancement within multifamily maintenance.
Requirements
- 1+ year maintenance or porter experience (multifamily preferred)
- Beginner-level exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to safely operate hand and basic power tools to complete minor repairs
- Understanding chemical safety procedures
- Basic computer and mobile literacy and familiarity with work-order systems
