Maintenance Technician III - 888 at Grand Hope Park

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to lead complex system issues, mentor junior technicians, and elevate overall team performance. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of maintenance experience, advanced proficiency in one or more major trades, and certifications such as Universal EPA Certification and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification.

Requirements

• 3+ years of maintenance experience
• Advanced proficiency in one or more major trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
• Working knowledge of appliances
• High School Diploma or GED
• Universal EPA Certification
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification (where applicable)
• CAMT Certification (preferred)
• Strong diagnostic ability across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
• Safe operation of hand and power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment
• Proficient with work-order and property management systems
• Strong documentation and system reporting proficiency
