Maintenance Technician III - The Social Stadium Walk

Requirements

• 3+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily experience required)
• Advanced proficiency in one or more major trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
• Working knowledge of appliances
• High School Diploma or GED
• Universal EPA Certification is required
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification is required (where applicable)
• CAMT Certification is preferred
