We are looking for a proactive HR Coordinator to support the day-to-day delivery of core HR processes across Frankfurt, Stockholm, Oslo, Mainland, and Amsterdam. The successful applicant will work directly with the HR Officer and HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the Investing Functions and West Park Services.
Requirements
- High level of accuracy, organisation and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrated ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines whilst remaining agile.
- Strong initiative and ownership of responsibilities; must exhibit a proactive, positive attitude towards completing tasks, planning ahead for potential risks and knowing when to escalate.
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to work proactively, collaboratively and flexibly as part of a team.
- Keen curiosity to build a career within HR and willing to learn.
- Experience working in HR with moderate knowledge of core HR processes and some understanding of German employment law.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite and Teams.
- Experience with Workday is an advantage.
