This position reports directly to the HR Director and functions as the HR Business Partner for a manufacturing facility, working closely with management in areas such as employee relations, labor relations, leadership development, and change management.
Requirements
- Collaborate with the plant to improve business results and meet objectives
- Develop effective long-term staffing plans to hire the right people in the right jobs at the right time
- Plan, develop, and implement wage and salary programs
- Provide expertise to plant on leadership development, performance management, change management, resource planning, and salary planning
- Consult with employees at all levels
- Participate in the development of corporate and departmental goals and objectives
- Evaluate changing demographics, and legal and technical developments in the field, and develop new programs
- Facilitate Organizational Health Initiatives (OHI)
- Integrate Trivium standards of Leadership into client systems
- Manage the uniform application of policies and procedures and the application of discipline
- Manage and track safety training, plant incidents/accidents, and safety programs
- Assist sector HR leadership in projects as needed
