Job Description
The Human Resources Manager reports directly to the HR Director and works closely with management to align HR objectives with strategic organizational objectives, providing expertise in employee relations, labor relations, leadership development, and more.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR strongly preferred
- 8 years of progressive experience in human resources at a management level
- Knowledge of HRIS and payroll software
- Experience in establishing effective approaches to improve employee engagement
