Job Description
The Human Resources Manager reports directly to the HR Director and functions as the HR Business Partner for a manufacturing facility, aligning HR objectives with strategic organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Eight years of progressive experience in human resources at a management level
- Experience in HRIS and payroll software, employee engagement, and talent acquisition
