Job Description
The Human Resources Manager position reports directly to the HR Director and functions as the HR Business Partner for a manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will work closely with management to align HR objectives with strategic organizational objectives, and guide them in areas such as employee relations, labor relations, leadership development, change management, and more.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR strongly preferred
- 8 years of progressive experience in human resources at a management level
- Ability to guide efforts of plant-level HR resources
- Knowledge of HRIS and payroll software
- Effective in problem-solving and dispute resolution
- Ability to establish approaches to improve employee engagement efforts
