Human Resources Manager

Human Resources Manager responsible for aligning HR objectives with strategic organizational objectives, working closely with management in areas such as employee relations, labor relations, leadership development, and more. The successful candidate will function as a partner, coach, and resource to the plant team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR strongly preferred
• 8 years of progressive experience in human resources at a management level
• Knowledge of HRIS and payroll software
• Ability to guide efforts of plant-level HR resources
