Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Legal Practice Assistant. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for attorneys and deliver exceptional client service.
Requirements
- Perform specialized administrative work
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of department objectives
- Code and enter timekeeper's time and costs
- Coordinate large volume client billing
- Support new client and business development efforts
- Maintain attorney bar membership records and CLE records
- Identify and respond to internal and external client inquiries
- Serve as a knowledge resource in specific practice group requirements
- Handle tasks related to client billing
- Liaise with administrative departments
- Prepare routine correspondence
- Manage information electronically
- Provide overflow assistance
- Assist in fostering an environment of superior customer service
