Prep Cook

We are seeking a Prep Cook to join our team at True Food Kitchen. The Prep Cook will be responsible for preparing and portioning food products, plating and garnishing dishes, and ensuring that our food is ready to be served to our guests consistently and efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience in kitchen preparation
• At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity in a high-volume restaurant
• Exceptional knife skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Flexibility and availability to work nights, holidays and/or weekends
