We are looking for a prep cook to prepare and portion food products, plate and garnish dishes, and ensure that our food is ready to be served to our guests consistently and efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience in kitchen preparation
- At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity in a high-volume restaurant
- Exceptional knife skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Flexibility to work nights, holidays and/or weekends
