At Truelogic, we're a leading provider of nearshore staff augmentation services. We're seeking an Account Manager to lead account planning, collaborate with delivery and talent teams, and be responsible for creating proposals, pitching to new clients, and expanding account value.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Client Services, Account Management, or Sales in the tech or outsourcing/staff augmentation industry.
- Demonstrated experience working with Neashoring hubs, gile delivery models, nearshore teams, and recruitment-based services.
- Prior experience managing U.S.-based accounts or working for U.S. clients is required.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must.
- Strong numerical aptitude; confident handling revenue forecasts, rate negotiations, and performance metrics.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and solution-oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with executive-level presence.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally to meet with clients.
