Job Description
We are seeking an Account Manager with a strong commercial mindset and a proven track record in staff augmentation, agile team delivery, and recruitment models. This role is critical to nurturing and growing a portfolio of key U.S. accounts, acting as both strategic advisor and commercial driver.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Client Services, Account Management, or Sales in the tech or outsourcing/staff augmentation industry
- Demonstrated experience working with Neashoring hubs, gile delivery models, nearshore teams, and recruitment-based services
- Prior experience managing U.S.-based accounts or working for U.S. clients is required
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must
- Strong numerical aptitude; confident handling revenue forecasts, rate negotiations, and performance metrics
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and solution-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with executive-level presence
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally to meet with clients
