Trust Automation is a company with over 30 years of experience in custom motors, linear drives, digital drives, and systems. The Manufacturing Assembler role will assemble or create sub-assemblies of electronic, mechanical and/or electromechanical parts, components, and final products.
Requirements
- Assemble products using pre-established guidelines, instructions, and documentation
- Work with small hand tools such as electric drivers, torque tools, wire strippers, cutters, tweezers, and use measuring devices such as spacers and calipers
- Mount assembled components, such as transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and sockets on printed circuit boards and chassis
- Connect wires between individual component leads and other components, connectors, terminals and contact points using soldering procedures and equipment
- Perform online go-not-go testing and inspection, using magnifying devices, measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment
- Report/investigate repetitive assembly problems and propose solutions to resolve them
- Work efficiently to finish jobs in a timely manner
- Document all work performed on product within the ERP system
