Supports financial and administrative operations for an assigned area and assists with the development of and administers operating budgets. Coordinates facilities and space planning, information technology support, and provides reports and analysis to leadership to support decision making.
Requirements
- Associate of Science and 2 to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Work closely with senior management to develop and administer annual operating budgets as well as ongoing management of endowments, gifts, residuals, etc.
- Provide financial support for a set number of departments/ divisions. This includes purchasing, travel and expense activity, and journal entries
- Will be involved in all areas of payroll and HR. Assist in creating job postings, recruitment, hiring of new staff. Responsible for on-boarding of all new staff.
- Coordinate all facilities and IT support requests. manage space inventory and work with senior leadership when space requests/moves occur.
