Job Description
This is a great chance to gain hands-on experience supporting sophisticated real estate transactions while positioning yourself for a long-term role. In this role, you’ll partner closely with attorneys and clients to support all phases of the deal lifecycle—from due diligence through closing.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of Commercial Real Estate paralegal experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with legal research/tools (Relativity, LexisNexis, Westlaw) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred
