Job Description
Paralegal - Commercial Real Estate position at a leading AmLaw firm in Atlanta, supporting commercial real estate transactions and positioning for a long-term role. The role involves reviewing and analyzing title commitments, surveys, and recorded documents, drafting and coordinating transaction documents, and maintaining data rooms and matter files.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of Commercial Real Estate paralegal experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
