Requirements
- High school diploma
- 2 years experience in customer support or similar role
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish
- Ability to use the computer system proficiently
- Knowledge of company product lines, services, policies, and procedures
- Good telephone etiquette
- Ability to write routine business correspondence
- Type 40 words per minute
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide units of measure
- Compute rate, ratios, and percentages
