As an experienced HR-IT consultant with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors, you will take on a key role in designing and implementing modern HR system architectures for our national and international customers.
Requirements
- Lead Consultant in complex customer projects with a focus on system architecture and integration of SAP SuccessFactors in hybrid HR-IT landscapes
- Design and implementation of interfaces between SuccessFactors and upstream systems (SAP HCM, time management, payroll, non-SAP systems) with various technologies such as the SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP and CPI
- Close cooperation in workshops with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to define the customer-specific system architecture and provide ideal integration solutions
- Support in migration projects, especially from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on data modeling, mapping, and transformation logic
- Support for the sales team in estimating costs and scoping for all integration and migration topics
