Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team at TurboTenant. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our users with product guidance, and gaining a frontline perspective to empower the rest of the organization to make our software better. You will be the voice of TurboTenant, building relationships with our Landlords and Renters and advocating for them via chat, email and phone support.

Requirements

• History of Online Customer Service
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
• Strong telephone skills
• Enthusiasm for helping our users
• Ability to retain information quickly and juggle multiple tasks at once
• Basic software knowledge (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom)
• Heightened attention to detail
• Ability to work weekends on a regular basis
• Flexible schedule for times when we need to adjust shifts due to staffing
