Turnkey is pioneering a next-generation key-management and wallet-infrastructure API designed for security, flexibility, and developer-first ease. As a Senior Sales Manager, you'll lead and mentor a team of AEs and BDRs, drive consistent attainment across mid-market and enterprise segments, and partner with leadership to refine the go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience managing AEs (mid-market and/or enterprise) and ideally BDRs.
- Proven track record building and leading high-performing sales teams in fast-growth environments.
- Strong coaching instincts and high EQ; able to elevate underperformers and accelerate top talent.
- Experience operating in an early-stage, unstructured environment where playbooks are still being built.
- Comfortable managing pipeline, forecasting, segmentation, and process improvements.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Leadership.
- Motivated by autonomy, ownership, and helping build a sales org from the ground up.
- A builder at heart—you enjoy creating scalable systems, not just running existing ones.
