We are seeking a Business Development Manager - Aerospace to drive profitable growth by developing new business and expanding strategic customer relationships within the aerospace industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in metals distribution, industrial sales, or aerospace sector business development
- Proven national & regional sales track record of generating new profitable business and consistently meeting/exceeding annual sales objectives
- Strong understanding of metal products (tube, pipe, bar, plate) and their aerospace-related applications (preferred)
- Contract negotiations skills and contract creation including development of high value business terms with TW Metal's customers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel 30–50% to visit customers, attend industry events, and support company assigned projects
- Proficient in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
