Requirements
- Prepare and serve dishes
- Monitor and check quality, doneness, taste, color, and presentation, including adjusting where necessary
- Evaluate ingredients for quality, freshness, and shelf life
- Check, manage, and record the correct quantities of raw materials
- Portion and prepare according to established recipes, methods, and presentation guidelines
- Prepare meals for colleagues
- Guide, direct, and support colleagues and trainees
- Distribute tasks and give instructions
- Monitor the quality of performed tasks
- Ensure compliance with all HACCP and hygiene regulations
- Order and replenish inventory according to procedure
- Receive, check, and store deliveries
- Perform other common tasks in the kitchen
- Creative input on menus, dishes, and events
- Develop and improve recipes and work instructions

- Salary between €2,645.47 and €2,850.00 gross per month based on 38 hours, depending on knowledge and experience
