As a Business Development Officer, you will drive strategic and operational growth across the apprenticeship portfolio, managing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding partnerships.
Requirements
- Meet KPI’s in line with strategic sales goals
- Identify new opportunities and expand existing partnerships
- Conduct market research and analyse industry trends
- Lead proposal development and contribute to revenue generation
- Generate a pipeline of opportunities and build senior-level relationships
- Provide advice and support to employers on the Apprenticeship Levy and funding reforms
- Undertake Organisational Needs Analysis and develop training plans tailored to employer requirements
- Willingness to travel as required
