Immediate hiring for Customer Service Specialist in George Town, Penang. Must speak, read and write in Mandarin or Cantonese. Permanent night shift. Support customers with online orders and phone calls. Process payments and maintain customer data. Identify and escalate priority issues. Works with team to improve customer support experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or at least Diploma or equivalent in any discipline
• Minimum 6 months work experience in customer support in any industry
• B2 level English Language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking and aural comprehension)

• Active Listening Skills
• Ability to handle queries and objections in a professional manner
• Minimum typing speed of 40wpm with a 90% accuracy score
