Senior HR Manager

The Senior Manager of HR is responsible for full-cycle human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, coaching, and all other HR activities. The role is part of the Executive Leadership Team and reports to the President and CEO.

Requirements

• 10+ years operations or HR leadership experience
• Experience in onboarding and security paperwork for Federal contracts
• Advanced knowledge of current human resources principles, practices, and processes
• Working knowledge of Virginia and federal labor regulations
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel as well as office365
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
