
Job description
As a Customer Service Specialist 1, you'll be the first point of contact for customers regarding mortgage accounts, payments, and general inquiries. You'll work closely with Customer Service Supervisors and support lines of business to ensure each customer receives exceptional service.
Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate and timely information on mortgage products and processes.
You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling high call volumes while maintaining quality and accuracy. You'll also have opportunities to grow and develop your skills in a company that values its employees and customers.
