Tyk is a SaaS company that provides an API Management platform. As an Account Manager, you will own and develop long-term relationships with customers, managing commercial customer relationships and ensuring customers continue to realise value from the platform.
Requirements
- Experience owning customer relationships in a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment
- A track record of managing commercial customer relationships, including renewals and account growth
- Experience working with technical products or engineering-led organisations
- Ability to build relationships across both technical and business stakeholders
- Confidence leading commercial conversations and navigating complex customer environments
- Strong organisation, communication, and follow-through
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful customer outcomes
