Job Description
The Relay Technician 1 position involves installing, maintaining, and repairing protective relaying and metering equipment in various locations. Responsibilities include testing, reading electrical diagrams, repairing defects, and troubleshooting equipment. This role requires a thorough understanding of electrical safety standards and a commitment to safe work practices.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED with minimum 5+ years of relevant electrical experience
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%
- Valid/active US Work Authorization
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and demonstrate physical strength.
- Strong understanding of electrical safety standards
