Job Description
As a Dispatch Supervisor, you will provide leadership to assigned personnel, conduct interviews and hiring, support safety programs, and ensure excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for dispatching product, monitoring fleet operations, and operating power equipment. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 5:30am - 2:30pm or until work is completed with rotating Saturdays.
Requirements
- 3 years of related experience
- Skills and experience sufficient to supervise drivers and material handlers
- Knowledge of state and federal DOT regulations
- Knowledge of or ability to learn computer systems
- Good memory and scanning abilities
- Good communication and math skills
