Job Description
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for Integrated Clinical Enterprise (ICE) is an integral part of Nursing Service Line (NSL). This position provides clinical leadership, direction and decision making for the hospital as it relates to timely and appropriate clinical care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or have plans to complete this within 3 years)
- 5 or more years of Registered Nursing experience
- 3 or more years of experience in a supervisory capacity
- Valid RN License
- Strong work ethics and accountability
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
