Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with Associates Degree, Nursing Diploma or Bachelors in Nursing
- Four (4+) years of clinical experience, including at least two (2) years experience in the specialty area for the position and two (2+) years experience in a leadership role (including Charge Nurse, Team Lead, or RN IV level at UAMS)
- Able to follow oral and written instructions and communicate with other effectively
- Ability to document services provided
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance organizations/agencies
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Understands and abides by confidentiality policies
- Master’s in Nursing
- Experience in an academic medical setting
- National Nursing Certification in the specialty area of for the position
- Knowledgeable in medical terminology
