Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CEO and executive leadership, managing day-to-day priorities, scheduling, and workflow. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in executive-level administration and a proactive approach to supporting a fast-paced organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative role
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars and coordinate high-volume scheduling
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
