Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in performance management or operational leadership role
• Proven experience managing high-performing teams
• Strong experience in managing external vendors and partners
• Experience overseeing operational tasks such as check-ins, quality audits, and administrative processes
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively across multiple teams
