Requirements

• Experience in a customer service role
• Well organised
• Customer focussed
• Works effectively with others
• Good literacy skills
• Good communication skills and style
• Proactively able to manage own work in order to achieve objectives
• Use initiative within the scope of the role
• Plans work and delivers on time
• Using an MRP system
