Join the team redefining defense technology. As a Technician & Field Service Officer, you will be responsible for the ongoing field support, testing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading of Ultra Maritime product installations.
Requirements
- Provide technical support services to Defence customers at various locations throughout Australia and/or overseas
- Assume the lead role in offsite activities managing Ultra Maritime technicians and sub-contractors
- Testing, maintaining, and diagnosing electronic and electro-mechanical hardware/equipment
- Participation in technical work associated with performance of tasks undertaken on Electronic Systems and Sub-assemblies
- Provide services that require a high level of knowledge of electronic components and general workshop skills
- Identify and implement process improvement
- Comply with legislation and Company policies, processes and instructions
- Ensure adherence to approved work practices with specific responsibility for ESD protection and adherence to defined workmanship standards
