Police Officer, 40 hours, Evenings

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Police Officer to enforce policies and laws, conduct patrols, and provide court testimony. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills and be able to work under stressful conditions.

Requirements

• High school education plus specialized courses
• Entry level police academy training
• Certification as a law enforcement officer by the Massachusetts Peace Officer Standards and Training Commission (POST) and the Massachusetts State Police (SSPO)
• First Responder, CPR, Driver's License, OCAT and in-service classes
• Class A license to carry firearms in Massachusetts
