Doka is seeking a Senior Go-To-Market Manager to shape the market success of its digital offering. The role will involve defining go-to-market strategies, crafting product narratives, and building structures to scale GTM and product marketing across regions.
Requirements
- Shape and develop the Go To Market function
- Lead market intel for Doka Digital
- Integrate customer and field feedback into market analysis
- Deliver regular management briefings
- Partner with R&D to identify new product and platform opportunities
- Own the creation and development of product positioning
- Co-develop and execute go-to-market campaigns
- Translate customer insights into clear narratives
- Create impactful sales enablement materials
- Partner with Product Management process
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support/Success, and Marketing on adoption and retention initiatives
- Co-Lead pricing and packaging discussions
- Measure and report on launch impact
- Recruit, lead, and develop team members
