Senior HR Business Partner (m/w/d)

We are looking for a committed Senior HR Business Partner to strengthen our multi-person business partner team. As a key function in the local HR team, you will be responsible for strategic integration of HR topics into management decisions and operational HR processes.

Requirements

• Higher education in Human Resources, Economics, or Psychology
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, and/or HR Consultant
• Result-oriented and solution-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
• Team player with high cooperativeness
• Very good German and English skills
