UN Women is seeking a consultant to develop a gender strategy for the National Police of CĂ´te d'Ivoire. The consultant will conduct a review of the legal, institutional and organizational framework of the police force, identify obstacles and challenges to gender equality, and develop a strategic vision and recommendations for the integration of gender into the police force's governance, policies, training, and operations. The consultant will also conduct a diagnostic institutional analysis, identify good practices and propose measures and mechanisms to promote the leadership of women in the police force.
