Sales Director (Insurance)

The Director of Sales will lead a small sales team, refine go-to-market strategy, and establish systems and processes to deliver a best-in-class experience to clients. The role involves driving new business sales, overseeing the client journey, and building scalable systems to measure and improve sales performance and client outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience managing sales teams in a B2B environment
• Prior experience in the insurance or insurtech sectors and understanding of how these clients measure success
• Proven record of winning new business and ensuring long-term adoption, expansion, and retention of client accounts
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar), sales enablement, and customer success tools
