Deputy Technical Manager (M/W/NB) (full-time)

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield is seeking a Deputy Technical Manager to assist the Technical Manager in the maintenance and technical operation of a Shopping Center in Barcelona. The successful candidate will supervise technical co-ownership staff, coordinate cleaning, security, and maintenance teams, and manage the preparation and monitoring of the operating budget and 5-year work plan.

Requirements

• Higher education in engineering or technical fields
• At least 2 years of experience in technical management/operations/works acquired within a property company, a manager or trustee, a Facility Management company, a shopping center, or a mall
• Rigorous and proactive
• Strong anticipation skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal and managerial qualities
• Proficient in computer tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
• Comfortable with reporting tools
• Curious and able to propose innovative and creative action plans
• Excellent interpersonal skills and real negotiation abilities
• Mobile and with a driving license
