Unilabs is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Workplace Service Analyst to join their team in the Hospital & Health Care industry. As a Workplace Service Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Unilabs' diagnostic facilities, ensuring that workplace environments are running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Manage and maintain workplace systems, including computers, printers, and telecommunication devices.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance.
- Monitor and respond to service tickets in a timely manner, ensuring quality resolution.
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of workplace security policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address workplace technology needs.
- Conduct regular assessments of workplace technology requirements and recommend improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Familiarity with network administration and troubleshooting.
