Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Helpdesk Specialist to provide onsite IT support for our Buena Park office and assist with U.S. Helpdesk operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT Helpdesk / Desktop Support
- Strong experience with Windows OS and end-user support
- Experience supporting printers, scanners, and office devices
- Experience with Microsoft 365 / Outlook / Exchange Online
- Basic understanding of cloud desktops, VMs, or VDI environments
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work onsite and independently
