Job Description
Unit is a market leader in embedded finance offering financial services to millions of end-users across ~100 customers. We're hiring a General Manager, Embedded Banking to scale our newest suite of embedded banking & bill pay products.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in fintech
- Prior ownership of a product, business line, or P&L with a track record of launching and scaling new offerings
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience working closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams
- Experience navigating regulated environments and making thoughtful tradeoffs across growth, risk, and complexity
- An entrepreneurial mindset: resilient, proactive, and excited to build in a fast-moving environment
